EW is a software platform provider only. EW is not acting as a general contractor, subcontractor, architect, engineer, building inspector, code official, surveyor, appraiser, environmental consultant, licensed trade professional, construction manager, owner’s representative, employer, agent, or guarantor of any customer or contractor. EW does not inspect properties, supervise construction, direct contractor work, approve workmanship, certify code compliance, verify contractor licenses or insurance, or guarantee customer information, contractor information, estimates, bids, reports, or construction results.
Customers are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, legality, and reliability of information they or their authorized users provide. This includes property addresses, ownership and access rights, measurements, quantities, square footage, room counts, conditions and defects, concealed or changed conditions, photos, videos, audio, transcripts, documents, plans and specifications, requested scope, assumptions, exclusions, material selections, budgets, schedules, contractor instructions, and approval decisions.
Customers must disclose known conditions, correct inaccurate information promptly, review reports before relying on them, verify important project information, and obtain professional review when appropriate or legally required. EW may rely on customer-provided information without independently verifying it.
EW has no obligation to visit or inspect a property, confirm dimensions or quantities, discover concealed conditions, verify customer or contractor statements, confirm licenses or insurance, confirm bids, determine code compliance or permit requirements, monitor workmanship, safety, progress, or payments, detect omissions, or correct third-party information. The existence of validation tools, warnings, AI tools, templates, standards, calculations, reports, review features, or approval features does not create a duty for EW to discover or prevent customer, contractor, or third-party errors.
This document was generated using information provided by the customer, contractor, or other authorized users. EW has not independently inspected the property or verified the accuracy, completeness, dimensions, quantities, conditions, prices, bids, qualifications, code requirements, or other information contained in this document. Customers are responsible for supplying accurate and complete information. Contractors are responsible for independently verifying all customer information and site conditions before bidding, purchasing materials, contracting, or performing work. This document is a planning and communication tool only and is not a guaranteed estimate, professional inspection, engineering report, architectural document, construction contract, code-compliance certification, or warranty.
Customers must independently review and confirm information before signing a contract, accepting or awarding a bid, ordering materials, applying for permits, beginning demolition or construction, approving payments or change orders, and making financial, legal, engineering, architectural, safety, or code-compliance decisions. Properly qualified and licensed professional review is required where appropriate or legally required.
Disputes involving property information, measurements, quantities, bids, pricing, omissions, workmanship, delays, payments, change orders, damages, code compliance, licensing, insurance, safety, or contract performance are solely between the customer, contractor, and participating third parties. Using EW to transmit RFQs, bids, messages, reports, approvals, schedules, change orders, documents, or payment-related records does not make EW a party to the underlying transaction, project, or contract.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, customers must defend, indemnify, and hold harmless EW and its owners, affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, licensors, service providers, successors, and assigns from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, judgments, penalties, fines, costs, and reasonable attorneys’ fees arising from customer-supplied information, customer instructions, customer measurements, customer omissions, failure to disclose known conditions, failure to correct inaccurate information, reliance on generated output, customer-contractor contracts, customer-contractor disputes, property ownership or access, construction decisions, purchasing decisions, payment decisions, customer legal violations, customer-uploaded content, or infringement caused by customer content.
